Cancellation Policy
Please No extra guest to your appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled and you will forfeit your deposit. No Same day cancellations or loss of deposit . If you need to cancel please let me know a day before your appointment. I understand things will happen, but a No Call No Show is unacceptable and will result in a 50% charge of service and loss of deposit .
